Alternatively living options are all the rage these days with shows like Grand Designs turning out new innovative ideas continuously. But not everyone can afford to embark on these grand creations.

Rubix Modular designs offer creative, flexible and affordable spaces for businesses, accommodation and more - without the price tag. The idea comes from Joshua Fisk, who saw a gap in the market for quick sustainable and affordable living solutions without compromising on comfort.

“I met many people who had acquired a block of land for the purpose of a retreat or retirement destination, and were unable to build immediately due to the high cost of traditional housing developments or simply wanted to challenge the status quo of traditional and ‘acceptable’ building types,” says Joshua. “We like to think we make people’s aspirations and dreams achievable.”

Joshua’s designs include modern and mobile constructions for all purposes, with a range of redesigned packages and tailor-made options for both residential and commercial use.

The units are also built to be easily transportable, have been tested against harsh weather conditions, and are fully certified to meet Australian Standards.

The range of multi-purpose designs are available as a blank canvas, ready for you to customise by adding your own features. With plumbing and power fully installed, these designs offer endless capabilities depending on personal use, taste and budget.

Joshua has recently teamed up with Lachlan Furnell – a businessman with over 25 years’ experience in leading management roles in the accommodation and retail industries domestically and abroad. The pair are now in discussion with various leading industry names to create multi-purpose, high density solutions, and are ready for a growing demand.
