GRAYA’s $26.5M Sky House Set To Redefine What Coastal Luxury Really Is

Elevating the everyday

By Bianca Licina | 26th October 2025

The Gold Coast has always been synonymous with luxury — glittering high-rises, ocean views that never quit, and lifestyles that money can almost buy. But Brisbane-based property powerhouse GRAYA is about to raise the bar (and the roof) with its most ambitious project yet.

Perched atop Enclave, their latest Broadbeach development, sits Sky House — a jaw-dropping, $26.5 million, three-level mega penthouse redefining what it means to live coastally. And yes, it’s every bit as impressive as it sounds.

Spanning a colossal 1,012sqm across three private levels, Sky House is a world unto itself. Think sweeping ocean vistas, vast open-plan living, and a private rooftop oasis complete with an infinity pool, entertainment zones, and uninterrupted 360-degree views from the hinterland to the horizon. It’s luxury turned up to eleven.

Inside, it’s all about the details: four bedrooms, a wellness suite, cinema, office, billiards and sports bar, and a dedicated wine-tasting room for good measure. A sculptural spiral staircase anchors the space, while floor-to-ceiling glass blurs the line between inside and out — because when you’re surrounded by views like that, why wouldn’t you?

Entirely conceived, designed, and delivered in-house, Sky House is a testament to GRAYA’s end-to-end craftsmanship and their ever-growing portfolio of iconic, high-end homes.

Construction on Enclave kicked off in June 2025, with completion expected in 2027 – and if you thought the Gold Coast had already hit its peak, think again.
