Luxury Wellness Club Saint Haven Arrives in Sydney

The bio-hacking era

By Kiri Johnston | 20th October 2025

Sydney is about to unlock its most coveted new address. Saint Haven by GURNER™ has officially announced its expansion into New South Wales, with its largest and most ambitious private members’ wellness club set to open in North Sydney in early 2026.

Spanning six levels and more than 3,000 square metres at 123 Walker Street, the forthcoming club will feel less like a gym and more like an artfully designed universe — a world where bio-hacking meets ancient healing, Japanese minimalism meets sensory indulgence, and wellness is treated with the same reverence as high design.

This is Saint Haven’s largest club to date and its first in Sydney — a discreet escape above the city, almost twice the size of its Melbourne counterparts, which are now at waitlist capacity. It marks the beginning of a new chapter: a place not to be seen, but to feel — restored, elevated, and quietly untouchable.

The Design

A step inside reveals a departure from the moody Italian grotto aesthetic of Saint Haven’s Melbourne clubs. Instead, North Sydney embraces a Japanese minimalism-meets-modern-sanctuary philosophy, where stillness, space, and restraint take centre stage.

Triple-height voids, still water reflections, diffused paper-lantern light and tonal materiality create a refined calm. Polished stone, brushed metal, soft timber and lush greenery sit in harmony with air that feels almost purified on arrival.

Every sense is deliberately considered:– Reverse osmosis filtered water throughout the club– UV-treated and HEPA-filtered purified air– Circadian lighting that moves with the sun– Saint Haven’s signature essential oil blend diffused through every space

The Haven Zone

This is where members reset, restore and repair. The Haven Zone blends ancient rituals with high-performance technology, offering:– Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy– Cryotherapy and Red Light Therapy– IV infusions, peptide protocols and longevity treatments– PEMF mats and lymphatic drainage boots– Magnesium wellness pools heated to 39°C– Ice plunges at 6°C and 10°C– Traditional cedar sauna, Hammam steam room and infrared therapy

Saint Haven North Sydney will also debut the brand’s first holistic spa, led by former Crown Sydney Spa Director, Melissa Vitalis. The spa will include six treatment suites for massages, organic facials, body therapies, naturopathy, personalised nutrition, spiritual cleansing and energy healing.

The Lab

Hidden within the club is The Lab — Australia’s first medical-grade preventative health and longevity clinic within a private members’ wellness club.

Members will have access to:– PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments– Exosome therapy (stem cell–derived)– Medical-grade IV vitamin infusions and injectable peptides– Full bloodwork analysis and personalised, doctor-guided longevity plans

The Gym Space

Performance is treated with the same reverence as rest. Saint Haven offers world-class physical training alongside deep inner work:

– State-of-the-art gym floor– Heated mat Pilates and reformer studios– Yoga and hybrid strength classes– Meditation cave and breathwork suites– Sound healing, spiritual coaching and energy therapy

The Co-Working SpaceUnderstanding that modern life blends productivity with wellbeing, Saint Haven dedicates an entire level to Power Co-Working. Private boardrooms, strategy suites and offices overlook the North Sydney skyline, designed for confidentiality, focus and calm — productivity that feels like privilege, not pressure.

The Wholefood Restaurant

Food is considered an integral part of performance. The organic wholefoods restaurant serves refined sugar-free, seed oil-free meals prepared using filtered water and locally sourced produce.

Members can collaborate with the Head Chef, Integrative Nutritionist and Performance Coach to design personalised meal plans. For those rushing from Pilates to a pitch meeting, a curated grab-and-go bar delivers nourishment without compromise.

The Memberships

With a Bondi location confirmed for Spring 2026, Saint Haven is officially setting down roots in Sydney. But North Sydney will be the first — and the one that redefines what wellness, performance and luxury can look like in this city. Saint Haven North Sydney is scheduled to open in early 2026. Membership enquiries, private introductions and display suite viewings are now available.
