James Place isn’t just adding to the James Street vibe — it’s levelling it up. Think elevated retail spaces, buzzy new dining spots, and slick office suites, all orbiting around a central open-air piazza designed to be the place to meet, mingle, and people-watch. The masterminds behind the dreamy design? Richards & Spence — yep, the same brains behind The Calile Hotel.
