Place Estate Agents Coorparoo

Reputation speaks volumes when it comes to real estate and this is where Andrew Bradley has gone beyond the white picket fence, after a rewarding 15 years in the industry. With no sign of slowing down as the Director of Place Coorparoo, Andrew is committed to not only his clients, but the inner workings of his team by supporting their ever-growing skillset. This sort of dynamic is something that can only be flourished by a solid foundation, which Andrew established himself after his first investment property in Greenslopes. From there, Andrew’s devotion and property perspicuity became permanent.

From a passion project to a curated career, Andrew blames enticing architectural adventures he’s a witness to, and assisting people in establishing their own real estate avenues as the driver to continue.

Many of their clients are new to the property-game and turn to the team at Place Coorparoo for their expertise in investment properties, renovation prospects and leadership when establishing a property portfolio.

Something important to note is that their services are not limited to just the Coorparoo area with their comprehensive area knowledge extending to Camp Gill, Carina, Carindale, Greenslopes, Holland Park, Mount Gravatt East and surrounds, Gumdale and through to Brisbane’s Bayside. Place Real Estate Coorparoo has established themselves as key players in the industry with a list of luxury properties and an inventory of investment opportunities, awaiting budding buyers.

Camp Hill Antique Centre & TART Café

What do Katy Perry, Toni Colette, Ben Cousins and Ernie Dingo have in common? They’ve all walked through the eclectic doors of the Camp Hill Antique Centre & TART Cafe and sat in the opulent mahogany leather armchairs, the perfect resting place to gaze at the enormity of the space. A self-confessed lover of stories, loud props and anything bright and colourful, owner Sarah Jane Walsh is extremely passionate about repurposing and up-cycling. Every piece in her little corner of Brisbane has history and a story to tell and to date, Sarah and her partner Paul Butler have up-cycled more than one-million items. Sarah is also heavily involved in the film and production industry and was recently commissioned by the Queensland Museum to set up a mid-century lounge room for their NASA exhibition, where you can sit and watch the moon-landing…just as the world did in 1969. A jewel in the Camp Hill crown, The Antique Centre also has a full service restaurant called Tart Cafe for that mid shop pit stop.

Fluid the Color Salon

Fluid the Color Salon offers a New York touch to the streets of Camp Hill as their Director Trish brings brilliant experience straight from New York Fashion Week.

Trish leads the talented team who specialises in – you guessed it – colour, and has been brightening the hair of Brisbane locals for over 11 years. Their reputation speaks volumes with their expertise spanning beyond their artistry of colouring but styling too. Whether it is a latest trend or a regular trim, the Fluid team assures clients are able to manage and wear their new look day-in and day-out beyond the salon floor.

If you’re after a bit of inspo, one flick through their social pages @fluidcolor showcase Fluid’s extraordinary talent of colour correcting and reinvigorating deep hues. We’re talking electric blues, rosy pinks and enviable toned tresses.

Coloured hair also doesn’t have to mean damaged hair and that’s why the salon uses and promotes O&M products, so hair nourishment and nutrition isn’t compromised. Speaking of nourishment, the salon prioritises sustainability and earth-friendly acts and procedures, without compromising a luxe salon experience and quality of work. As part of Sustainable Salons Australia, Fluid is able to guarantee that up to 95% of their salon waste is diverted from landfills and waterways and is either recycled or repurposed. Make sure to follow Trish and her team to see their first class work in action in Camp Hill and beyond with the O&M Team
