How would your mates describe you in three words? Lightning Bolt Holt (nickname - I use to be able to run fast).

How would your mum describe you in three words? Lovable, engaging and funny.

What’s the first thing you notice in a woman? Her eyes. Everything you need to know is right there.

Your ultimate celeb crush? I have always been in love with Miranda Kerr. I also had a huge crush on Olivia Wilde when she was in ‘The O.C.’

Any hidden talents? One would be winning 3 First Grade Sydney Cricket Premierships and playing cricket overseas in England for 2 years.

Your worst habit? I wash my car a lot.

What’s the worst/best pick-up line you’ve ever used? Hi there, I bet you 50 dollars you are going to turn me down.

What’s your most treasured possession? A cricket bat my grandfather ‘Spuddy’ gave me when I was 8. Unfortunately he never got to see me play when I was older so it is very special to me.

What’s the most important quality a partner needs to have? A sense of humour.

Any horror dating stories? How long do you have?

What’s the worst thing a girl could do on a first date? Take her shoes off. Not a good look.

Do you have a ‘type’? A happy, friendly girl who loves to laugh.

What’s on your bucket list? My golf handicap currently is 6, I would like to try and get it down to scratch.

What’s been your greatest achievement? Winning an ASTRA Award in 2010 for Best News Coverage of The Black Saturday Bushfires in Victoria.

What do you like to do on your day off? I love a good game of golf or go to the races with friends.

The best advice you’ve ever been given? Whatever you choose to do in life, you must have a deep passion for it.

Where do you see yourself in five years? Hopefully being an owner of a Melbourne Cup winner.

The last book you read? Black Caviar by Gerard Whateley.
