By Lucy Stephens | 28th November 2013

Name: Max Dudley

Age: 23

Occupation/job title: Producer, B105’s Labby, Stav & Abby

How would your mum describe you in three words?
Determined, loyal and confident.

What’s the first thing you notice in a woman?
Her smile, her eyes and her wit.

Your ultimate celeb crush?
I can’t lie: Dianna Agron aka Quinn on Glee. There’s just something about her – she had me hooked in the movie “I Am Number 4”.

What’s your most treasured possession?
Sad to say but I can’t go long without having my phone in reach. I blame work but really it’s my addiction to stay connected with people!

What’s the most important quality a partner needs to have?
It’s very cliché but a girl who has a sense of humour. Life’s short! It’s important to me to have fun and laugh while you’re at it.

Any horror dating stories?
Not terrible – just borderline stalking after a date. Lots of Facebook PMs, posts, likes and text messages straight after the date.

Do you have a ‘type’?
I like to think that I don’t, but as I am a tall guy, a girl with a little height is always appealing.

What’s on your bucket list?
Royal Ascot races in England - Have a drink on Bourbon St, New Orleans – Work in media overseas.

What’s been your greatest achievement?
Being able to work on a radio show where no two days are the same.

What do you like to do on your day off?
Relax! There is nothing better than breakfast somewhere that makes great coffee, being outside and catching up with great friends.

The best advice you’ve ever been given?
If you always do what you’ve always done – you’ll always get what you’ve always got.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I’d like to think that I’ll be producing one of our Southern Cross Austereo breakfast shows away from Brisbane or our Today Network drive show.

The last book you read?
Steve Waugh’s autobiography, Out of My Comfort Zone

Short and sweet…

Favourite suburb? New Farm

Spot for a knock-off drink? Sixes & Sevens or QA Hotel

Place for a first date? Sake at Eagle St Pier

Breakfast spot? Flute at Coorparoo

Saturday night boogie? Alfred & Constance
