It’s the time of year where we flock to various vantage points around Brisbane to enjoy the Riverfire Superhornets and fireworks for yet another spectacular display. Instead of being blocked by trees or suffering from claustrophobia, we’ve pulled together a list of places where you can celebrate Riverfire… with a VIEW!

Shadow Lounge

Watch Riverfire unfold from the fabulous vantage point of Jade Buddha. Their Riverfire package in their Shadow Lounge includes mixed canapés and a three-hour standard beverage package. Plus, there will be live DJ’s to kick off the night!

Time: Saturday September 24, 5pm-8pm

Oakwood Brisbane

The Styled Group invites you to their Riverfire Cocktail Event held on the river-front tennis court at Oakwood. There will be a four-hour catering and beverage package, live entertainment and a complementary ladies powder room! There will also be a Grand Prize Draw, where you can win a BMW for a weekend, a magnum of champagne and a pair of diamond earrings. You’ll be in prime position for the fireworks, too!

The Fox Hotel

Marvel over the city skyline at one of the best points in South Brisbane. For just $89, you can enjoy a BBQ dinner plate and more for four hours, as well as beverages. Take in the spectacular fireworks from Dandy’s Rooftop!

Tickets: $89 pp, $75 for groups of 20 or more

Kookaburra Queen

Take to the Brisbane River on the Kookaburra Queen’s Riverfire Cruise for the best view in the house! There will be delicious canapés and finger food, live music and two impressive packages to choose from: The Captains Deck and The Wheelhouse Package.

Stokehouse Q

Bookings are open for Stokehouse Q’s Riverfire celebrations for 2016! See the light show from one of the best spots while indulging in a three course menu, including a glass of champagne on arrival.

Friday’s Riverside

Head to Friday’s right on the river for the city’s biggest Riverfire party! There will be great food and icy cold drinks on offer, including the Glamour Bar’s famous Bacardi Mojito’s and Pina Coladas!

Stamford Plaza

Spend the night celebrating Riverfire at Stamford Plaza! Book your spot at their Garden Cocktail Party or Chocolate High Tea buffet. Perhaps you’d like to join in on their Riverfire Dinner Dance or Kabuki Teppanyaki and watch the fireworks from their private riverside viewing promenade? Making a reservation means you don’t have to worry about leaving the view straight away!

ARIA Brisbane

Matt Moran has designed a three-course and five-course menu. This features signature ARIA dishes and champagne on arrival. ARIA is a Brisbane favourite and tickets to the three-course dining experience have already sold out, but if you're looking treat yourself after the fireworks display you can still indulge in the $210 five-course menu.

Boasting beach-front views, the Southbank Beer Garden is a perfect place to pull up and take in all the sights and sounds of Riverfire. With a three-hour food and beverage package no one will be going hungry or thirsty.

A ravishing red theme, Italian food and a panoramic view of the Riverfire festivities are a winning combination. Add to the mix a four-hour drink package and you’re sure to have a fabulous night.

Family friendly with a riverfront view and a three-course meal, River Quay Fish will be a popular choice for those wanting a brew with a view.

After a fine dining experience to coincide with the fireworks? Head to IL Centro for three courses of exquisite modern Italian cuisine.

Riverfire at The Story Bridge Hotel is an all-day event, with all-day dining and live entertainment creating a street party vibe. Make sure you wear your dancing shoes! If fine dining is more your thing you can also book a table or simply hit up the Shelter Bar for a few drinks.

Esquire’s RiverFIRE+ICE premium VIP charity cocktail event hosted by Audi Centre Brisbane in support of the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Trust (LMCT) will host a live entrainment stage on a prime riverfront location.
