GIIRRRRL LET ME TELL YALL! The best tip I ever received to avoid a hangover, is to drink a cup of water between each alcoholic beverage (2 cups if you are taking a shot). Sounds kinda made-up I know, but it’s amazing how much less alcohol you drink when you keep yourself busy with a cup of water. Not only do you booze up less, but you also keep your body hydrated for the morning ahead; reducing effects of even the nastiest of hangovers.
