For Adele, inspiration begins with exploration. “Travel is one of my greatest sources of inspiration, particularly within Europe,” she shares. “I’m often drawn to the small, unexpected details—a beautifully designed entryway, unique hardware, or even a striking colour palette during a walk or a morning run. That’s when I do my best thinking.”
But the key to Just Adele’s success lies in staying true to herself. “I always follow my gut, whether it’s designing or making decisions in life. That’s what makes the brand feel personal and authentic—a real reflection of me.”

What began as a passion project has since attracted global attention. “Just Adele started five and a half years ago with a single Viola side table I shared on my personal Instagram. From there, things just took off,” Adele recalls. Today, the brand boasts a divine gallery studio in Richmond, a small but mighty team, and collaborations with high-profile clients like Cartier.
Looking back, Adele reflects on her evolution. “In the beginning, it was just me, driven by a love for natural stone. Now, we’re working on exciting global projects and expanding in ways I never imagined.”

When asked about standout moments, Adele shares, “working on Cartier’s new store was surreal—an absolute dream come true. Every piece I design feels special, but that collaboration was a pinch-me moment.”
As for trends, Adele is all about colour and texture. “I think the days of ultra-modern, grey, black, and white interiors are over. I love seeing bold, rich hues make a comeback in both interiors and fashion.”

Balancing her roles as designer, director, and mum is no small feat, but Adele makes it look effortless. “My mornings usually start with Pilates and a babycino with my son. Then it’s straight into work—whether I’m at the gallery, meeting clients, or working on designs. No two days are the same.”
She’s also mentions that she’s found new ways to prioritise self-care. “Incorporating slower movements like saunas and ice baths has been transformative. It’s my way of resetting physically and mentally, helping me show up as my best self for my family and my team.”

Running a business has its challenges, and Adele isn’t afraid to get real about them. “Balancing the operational and creative sides of the business while making time for family and myself is tough. I hit a creative block and burnout earlier this year [in 2024], but stepping back was crucial. It gave me the clarity I needed to develop our latest Oro Collection, which recently launched in December.”
When she isn’t designing, Adele is immersing herself in the things that fuel her creativity. “Travel and fashion inspire me endlessly. I love visiting art galleries with my family and finding design inspiration wherever I can.”

Her advice for aspiring creatives? “Trust your intuition—it’s been my guiding principle. And as I head into 2025, my focus is on growth and self-care, ensuring I nurture both my ambitions and well-being.”
From her Melbourne roots to global recognition, Adele Vine proves that bold design and intuition can take you anywhere. With Just Adele set to scale even greater heights, we can’t wait to see what this design maven dreams up next.
