Churrasco Day at Evita

Get some pork chorizo, beef flank, wood-fired king prawns, chicken drumsticks, and more on your fork every Thursday at Evita! The Argentinian restaurant is embracing a true churrasco-style offering, serving up all-you-can-eat striped meat and seafood, alongside South American sides and dessert. Lina Rooftop Sunday Brunch Winter Edition

South Brisbane’s latest rooftop bar is offering a winter-approved take on your Sunday sesh with their Dubai brunch-inspired experience. The elevated (literally) long lunch will have you munching on an expansive spread, alongside fruity cocktails as DJs spin the grooviest beats. Free Croissants At King Street Bakery

You don’t want to flake on this one! To celebrate Bastille Day coming up on 14 July, King St Bakery is slinging 2,500 free croissants all month long. With 100 pastries given out daily on a first-come-first-served basis, all you need to do is treat yourself to a barista-made beverage and the golden goodness is all yours. Oui, oui! 

Salt Meats Cheese New Truffle Menu

Follow your nose to Salt Meats Cheese this July and you’ll find a limited-edition and meticulously crafted truffle-infused menu. In a celebration of the Australian truffle season, the fragrant and flavoursome offering includes deep-fried truffle bocconcini, truffle pappardelle, truffle meatball polenta, and truffle gelato. You can even wash it all down with truffle cocktails! The menu will be available from 1 – 31 July so you have plenty of time to indulge on the black diamond of the earth. 

Fat Noodle Street Food Series

The Treasury Brisbane is being taken over by the authentic flavours of regional Southeast Asia in their new monthly Street Food Series. Expertly curated by Executive Chef Luke Nguyen, the first instalment of the three-month long offering will showcase the very best of Vietnamese cuisine throughout July. From fragrant herbs to fiery chilli and charred meats, the comforting limited-edition menu is a sophisticated take on authentic street food dishes. For more info, head here

Paella Y Pa’ Mi New Chefs

Coorparoo’s resident Spanish bistro and wine bar is now home to two Michelin-trained chefs who are set to continue Paella Y Pa’ Mi’s incredible showcase of Spanish flavours. The traditional Matteo Pizianti will take cues from his time living in Spain to help Brissy Spaniards experience the much-loved recipes served at home, while Andrea Marchetto’s passion for the chemistry of ingredients will create innovative representations of traditional fare. Their new menu offers unique flavour pairings and refined plating for a memorable laidback, fine dining occasion. 

Mai Gai Winter Menu

There’s plenty of ways to spice up the season at Mai Gai this winter! For a limited time, you can sip on two large glasses of wine for only $20 with any food purchase every day from 4-6pm. The Calile Hotel’s highly anticipated Japanese fine dining restaurant has finally opened its doors.
