Follow your nose to Salt Meats Cheese this July and you’ll find a limited-edition and meticulously crafted truffle-infused menu. In a celebration of the Australian truffle season, the fragrant and flavoursome offering includes deep-fried truffle bocconcini, truffle pappardelle, truffle meatball polenta, and truffle gelato. You can even wash it all down with truffle cocktails! The menu will be available from 1 – 31 July so you have plenty of time to indulge on the black diamond of the earth.
The Treasury Brisbane is being taken over by the authentic flavours of regional Southeast Asia in their new monthly Street Food Series. Expertly curated by Executive Chef Luke Nguyen, the first instalment of the three-month long offering will showcase the very best of Vietnamese cuisine throughout July.
