Get ready to offset your round of golf or game of putt-putt with delicious rotisserie chicken, porchetta and sides of roast potatoes and seasonal salads at Victoria Park Golf Club when they open their new dedicated Rotisserie Kitchen on Wednesday, October 4.

Already boasting an alfresco restaurant and adjacent pizza kitchen, the new rotisserie kitchen will be open every Wednesday through to Sunday dishing up the home-style cooking with the added bonus of you not having to do the dishes.

Victoria Park Bistro Executive Chef Jason Peppler says the new rotisserie kitchen will have it’s own dedicated staff and two chefs on site to handle all the meaty goodness. They’ve even gone to the trouble of flying in a Rotisol oven from France, which has been specially designed to seal in the meats natural juices whilst reducing the fat throughout the rotation process. This means perfectly roasted meats for you to treat yourself with.

So once you’ve worked up an appetite at the Victoria Park Golf Club Driving Range celebrate with a roasted feast.
