We like to think we lead pretty balanced lifestyles. For every fried mars bar and crème brûlée we eat, we make sure to balance it with the wholesome goodness of Buddha bowls and steamed greens. We also like to keep active and do this by cutting loose on the dance floor, dodging responsibilities and strolling through foodie markets.
Now, there’s an epic new dining experience coming to town that will let us live the best of both worlds. The Urban Wine Walk is a one-day only, self-guided wine trail that allows participants to meander their way through Brisbane’s bar & restaurant scene, sampling a lip-smacking selection of wines along the way.
Not just another wine tasting event, Urban Wine Walk partners with local venues who in-turn work with their paired producer to create the ultimate cellar door tasting experience within their own four walls. It’s your chance to get to explore not only some of Brisbane’s most established & celebrate restaurants but to get up-close-and-personal with a bunch of wineries from all over Australia.
This year’s Urban Wine Walk is taking place on Saturday 1st September and will feature 17 of Brisbane’s most well-known venues. From Happy Boy to Gerard’s Bar, Port Office Hotel to Greenglass, it’s truly one of the best showcases of wining & dining in Brisbane!
Tickets are $60 (+$4 bf) and include your entry to all participating venues, free wine and food tastings, tasting glass, and your venue guide. Want to be involved? Make sure you book your tickets online ASAP so that you don’t miss out!
