Weird and wonderful treats are popping up all over Brisbane, and we’ve got your food bucket list for 2018 right here. Whether it’s a new spin on an old favourite or a franken-food mash-up that’s sure to be a taste sensation, you’d better grab your stretchy pants.

Avocado Chips | Kokobana

Avocado chips are popping up everywhere but we haven’t found any as tasty as the offering from Kokobana Café. Lightly crumbed and fried, and paired with a delish coconut and mint dipping sauce, they are a must-try for any avo-lover.

Carb-lovers, rejoice! We’ve found the carb mother lode! When you just can’t choose between pizza and pasta, head to Gino’s for the perfect combination.
