Your disco needs you!

Grab your bellbottom pants, fluff up that fro and get set for groovy beats, an LED lightshow and a chance to boogie on down with the rebirth of underground disco in Brisvegas this weekend.

The funky Fever Club is the newest venture to rumble beneath the floorboards at Alfred & Constance.

Previously the air raid shelter, the fitout for the newly revamped space is a collaboration between designer Alexander Lotersztain and owner Damian Griffiths. The build was inspired by Watergate Club in Berlin and takes its name from the original birthplace of house in Chicago.

The redevelopment of the bar means you can keep the party going all night - without having to leave the building. Kick off the evening with a beer and dinner at Alfred & Constance, get le'd and enjoy a Blue Hawaiian in the Tiki Bar, and continue the festivities underground where you can cut up a rug Saturday Night Fever-style.

Griffiths said he was working on a number of collaborations with local promoters and creative collectives to keep the party offer fresh.

“Watch this space as there are going to be some really interesting parties happening underground at A&C.”

The new space launches today with a daytime disco, dishing up groovy tunes, canapés and red bull from 12pm and 2pm.
