Picture this: you’re hungry at work and it’s lunchtime, but a major disaster has struck – you’re practically broke until payday. So, you turn to the only thing that will always have your back in times of low-budget desperation and hunger: ramen. Taro’s Ramen sought to change that belief by creating the most delicious bowl of ramen that is packed with nutritious goodness, using a combination of locally sourced and imported Japanese ingredients. The menu is packed full of tonkatsu, chicken karaage and of course, eggs, staples in any perfect ramen bowl – delicious!

But in a daring new move, Taro will now be making their CBD branch fully vegan. From 1 April, Taro’s Ramen will be removing all meat options from their menu in an effort to respond to customer’s requests for more vegan and vegetarian-friendly options.

Taro promises the ramen will still be as delicious as before, but this time a whole lot healthier. So wander into the shop one day for a cost-effective, delicious and nutritious bowl of ramen goodness, all without the guilt.
