Executive Chef in Brisbane has gifted Style readers with an easy-to-follow recipe for a super fun canapé to serve at your next dinner party. Introducing Bloody Mary Oyster Shots.

Ingredients

24 small shot glasses
24 oysters, freshly shucked
1/2 tsp chilli oil
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
2 tsp fish sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
4 tbsp iced vodka
2 tbsp freshly squeeze lime juice
1/2 cup well-chilled tomato juice

Method

  1. Remove the oysters from their shells
  2. Dip into a small bowl of cold water to rinse off any fragments of shell
  3. Place each oyster in a small shot glass
  4. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, then pour evenly over the oysters
  5. Serve at once
