Always one step ahead of the pack, Pressed Juices has launched a brand new raw food menu in stores this month, in addition to their crowd-favourite cold-pressed juices. This nutritious new approach is sure to be a hit with health-conscious Australians looking for quick and savoury lunch and dinner (and dessert) options on the run.

New to the menu are raw zucchini pasta dishes, available for purchase in reusable glass jars. Available in two different flavours, the Asian Zucchini Pasta combines spirals of zucchini with coriander, ginger, capsicum, chilli, and carrot, into a healthier alternative to traditional pastas.

If you’re looking for a calmer flavour, Pressed Juices also offer Pesto Zucchini Pasta on the new menu. The pesto pasta spirals of zucchini pasta mixed with basil leaves, pesto, rocket and brazil nuts, drizzled with lemon juice and olive oil.

Pressed Juices’ raw menu also offers the new Coconut Parfait, a collaboration with coconut yoghurt brand CoYo. The decadent dessert tops layers of raspberries, passionfruit pulp and blueberries with pistachios, pecans and buckini grains. CoYo Natural yoghurt is made from coconut milk and is dairy-free.

This new yoghurt offers the perfect start to a busy day, providing the body with a rich source of protein, vitamins, and bonus antioxidants (thanks, blueberries)!

Like the already popular juice menu, all of the new menu items are made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and are 100 percent natural. The new Pressed Juices raw menu has been developed by in-house nutritionists and aims to provide a fresh approach to healthy, on-the-go eating.

The tempting new raw food menu is available in store now. Brisbanites can get a taste from the Adelaide Street store.
