We’re all in luck this August as Noosa’s ‘Happy Pops’, the artisanal gelato and sorbet store is treating us by popping up in Southbank for a healthy stick of goodness!
Gelato has to be one of the most flavoursome sweets to grace the palette and now, thanks to Chef August Pittkammer and her husband, we can get our licks in, guilt-free.
Made from healthy, natural Australian ingredients, Happy Pops comes in numerous, delicious flavours priced at $7 including the ‘Fruit Pavlova’ sourced with real passionfruit, ‘Hokey Pokey’, the customer favourite topped with Belgian chocolate and caramel sauce, and the Vegan gelato ‘Coconut Yoghurt and Raspberry’ made with coconut cream and freeze-dried raspberries.
The kids don’t miss out either, with two specially curated flavours: Vanilla ‘Mallows and Choc Smarties, also priced at $7 for the regular and $3 for the mini.

Toppings range from hazelnuts, M&M’s, sprinkles, macadamias, Oreo crunch and much more!
If you’re able to swing by Happy Pops on weekdays from 4pm – 5pm you’ll catch their happy hour where all the toppings are free!
