Brisbane’s Favourite Donut Spot Has Created A Line Of Boozy Cocktails

Have your cake (donut) and eat it (drink booze) too!

Brisbane’s favourite gluten free one-stop donut shop has gone and done it! Combining our three favourite things: donuts, brunch and booze for the perfect start (or middle, depending on where you place brunch) to the day. Alongside their indulgent menu and sinfully delicious donuts, the Nodo team has created a mouth-watering line of boozy cocktails, partnered with an extensive range of boutique beers and ciders to pair with your perfect brunch.

Just when you thought you Sunday morning couldn’t get any better, Nodo is marrying together the best for their donut lovers. Using only the finest and all-natural ingredients, you can expect feel-good booze that is completely gluten-free, organic, and fair-trade to highlight the best of mixology. We’re talking (and sipping) one-of-a-kind Nodo Donut martinis, acai spritzes, mandarin mimosas, native G&Ts, and Cuba Libres (their take on a classic rum and cokes, with a native twist)!

Nodo’s Head Chef turned General Manager, Rhys Crowley says, “we’re very excited to be working with some unique craft alcohol producers and suppliers to provide a dedicated gluten free, local and organic drinks menu to match our famous brunch!’’.

‘’We’ve worked very hard to source producers who are passionate about ethical alcohol that’s fun, including fair trade cacao liqueur from Peru, native spiced butterfly pea flower gin, and collaborative farming champagne from South Australia.”
