Perched within the second level of Roma St’s Transit Centre, Nest Restaurant and Bar is a 430 square meter Asian street food concept venue that encompasses a fine dining restaurant, fast paced take-out hub and luxurious cocktail lounge, while also hosting an ultra-urban street facing bar.

From within the venue diners can view Brisbane’s famous Red Lantern Tree, while the interior hosts an elaborate wooden nest roof structure, luxurious black suede Chesterfields and decorative wallpaper and metallic detailing.

Nest’s hybrid menu showcases traditional Asian flavours with a modern Australian twist. Their lunch items include fast noodle and rice dishes and rice paper rolls, while their a’ la Carte menu presents sophisticated dishes from Hainan style chicken to fresh Queensland seafood.

Nest’s chef, Ip Kenneth says The Nest experience is perfect for locals looking for something exciting and fast during their lunch break or for those seeking a more intimate dinner in a unique location. Our meals are fresh, healthy and full of amazing flavours.
