Atalanta Bar and Greek is the newest addition to the Brisbane culinary scene. To celebrate their opening, they are giving away an incredible prize we're all pretty much desperate to win. We may or may not be already packing our bags.

Named for a Grecian huntress in mythology, this new Portside Wharf venue definitely lives up to its ancient idol. You’ll experience the best Greek feasting food around, complemented by a well-stocked bar and gorgeous views.

With Atalanta opening in January, the team wants YOU to share in their excitement, so they’re giving you the chance to win return flights and accommodation for you and a friend to the beautiful, breathtaking Santorini. YEP. SANTORINI, GREECE!

There’s just one catch, but if you ask us, it's pretty darn minor: you have to explain in 25 words or fewer why you should win the trip. It’s such a big ask. How could we ever answer such a mystifying question? JOKES, we entered, our parents entered and we even made our grandparents enter. This is one comp you truly don’t want to miss out on.

Imagine climbing the cobblestone stairs to your luxurious hotel after an amazing day driving an ATV around the island. Imagine waking up to a view of the beautiful blue Mediterranean Sea staring back at you, or exploring the aptly-named Red Beach, Black Beach and White Beach. (Yes, they actually are those colours.)

With high-quality food made from the finest local produce, Atalanta’s modern take on traditional Greek food will satisfy all tastes. More than half the dishes will be cooked in a custom-made charcoal pit, and renowned  Chef de Cuisine Dean Brewer’s amazing share dishes.

If you’re not chasing food (sacrilege), the bar has been built to impress. The relaxed and stylish setting is perfect for a drink night and day with a wide range of choices on hand. Choose from the long list of tapped beers, quality wines, creative cocktails and a great selection of traditional Ouzo.
