A New Italian Restaurant Arrives On The Brisbane Waterfront

A slice of the European coastline now calls the Brisbane waterfront home, with the arrival of Bulimba’s latest Italian joint.
Opening in June, Mina Restaurant & Bar brings the beauty and drama of some of the world’s most famous European cities to the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street. From the team behind Lina Rooftop and Eterna, Mina’s namesake will see the venue taking inspiration from her anguished love stories to deliver food rich in flavour with an authentic artisan flair.
Dine on Venetian cicchetti snacks, risottos, and handmade pizzas at the prime location just off the Bulimba jetty, alongside new age distillations and cocktails. With Joel Walker – who was behind the successful opening of The Calile Hotel – serving as executive chef, an Italian heritage, love of the coast, and passion for seafood will lead the menu, set to redefine the Italian dining experience.
