This time last year, Brisbane was #blessed with it’s first ever dedicated grilled cheese toastie restaurant, and to say we were all pretty stoked is an understatement! Justin Kong, who brought us Miss Kay’s (and had our mouths watering over mac’n’cheese on burgers ever since) teamed up with his brother Felix and the pair have been satisfying all our cheesy cravings at Meltbrothers ever since.

Meltbrothers reimagined the humble cheese toastie with a number of different grilled cheese sandwich styles that are fit for a feast from morning to night.

A year on, Brisbane still can’t seem to get enough of the Gresham Lane store full of cheesy goodness, so the bros at Meltbrothers have decided to open a SECOND location. Yes, you read that correctly. Meltbrothers will officially launch their second store at Westfield Garden City next Saturday 14th October and will be celebrating the milestone by offering everyone 50% off all grilled cheese sandwiches ALL DAY with any drinks or tater tots purchase. All you need to do is follow Meltbrothers on Facebook and Instagram and show the counter staff when you place your order.

So that means double the cheese for half the price! Talk about #cheesegoals right?

The new Meltbrothers store can be found in the downstairs food court of Westfield Garden City (right next to Hungry Jacks)  and will be serving up all your toastie favourites, including the triple cheese Mouse Trap, M.C. Cheesy and The Meltdown as well as their beloved Loaded Tater Tots. The new store is located in a much bigger space than their last, meaning people can visit the restaurant and enjoy a $10 breakfast combo from 8:30am onwards each day!

If you want to get your cheesy fix from the comfort of your home without lifting a finger, Meltbrothers have got you sorted as they will be delivering your toasted treats straight to your door via UberEats, Foodora and Deliveroo as of next week.
