Luxurious newcomer Madame Wu has opened its doors on the Riverside, and will dish up a delicious Asian fusion menu.

Madame Wu is the luxurious newcomer to Brisbane’s Riverside dining set.

Multi-million dollar Asian fusion restaurant and bar Madame Wu is the latest brainchild of RawGROUP that is set to excite the tastebuds of Brisbane’s diners with its fusion menu of classic Asian fare and 5-star Queensland produce.

The sensual menu, created by Executive Chef Brendon Barker of two-hatted Ezard fame, is inspired by the diverse flavours of Southern China, Korea, Japan and Taiwan incorporating some of Queensland’s freshest offerings.

“It’s what I like to call Queensland-ese,” says Brendan.

Iconic Australian produce such as Moreton Bay Bugs, pork belly and Mooloolaba prawns are combined with Asian staples like xo sauce, coriander, chilli, fish sauce, five spice powder and zesty lime to create a new take on modern fusion dining.
