Racecourse Road is starting to become known for much more than its pony races, and is slowly being recognised as Brisbane’s newest foodie hub.
Taro’s Ramen Café has been an inner-city establishment for over five years and is famous for its traditionally made ramen noodle soups.
When it comes to selecting ingredients for his premium ramen, Taro only buys local fresh produce, and the dry goods he uses come from his personally trusted suppliers in Japan. All ramen dishes contain no MSG or preservatives, so you can trust that your dish will be just as good for your insides as it tastes.
His newest location in Ascot is even bigger. Bigger space and bigger menu, expanded to include specialty dishes and other non-noodle focused meals.
The vibe is also much more relaxed, without the bustle of the city, the new restaurant provides a space where you can sit with a group and enjoy the food Taro is famous for.
Even though the menu is changing, it will still include his signature Tonkotsu Ramen that takes two whole days to prepare.
Open 7 days for lunch and dinner, you can make Taro your go-to for a mid-week dinner or weekend feast – you choose!
