Jodie Neilson from New Farm Confectionery has launched a range of decadent sweets for adults.

Local Brisbane chef, Jodie Neilson from New Farm Confectionery has launched a range of delicious confectionery for adults using traditional methods and only the very best ingredients. The confectionery is made in small batches by hand and features all natural colourings and flavourings.

The range includes deliciously decadent marshmallows flavoured with real blackberries, raspberries, mandarins, blueberries and many more. She is also producing some very adorable hard-boiled sweets that look like sparkling gems. These are also packed with fruit like mango, lime and passionfruit  just to get your mouth watering.

Very moorish dark chocolate Rocky Road is also covered in her range and is made with rich coverture chocolate. And the ever-popular Peanut Brittle is just divine.
