We cannot wait to try the new menu for the Les Bubbles underground bar.
Did you know this location was once a “massage parlour” beneath an illegal casino? We encourage you to take a dip into the sordid history of The Bath House. Literally. Did we mention the Les Bubbles underground bar has a spa?
When you’re feeling like something to nibble on, the Bath House beneath Les Bubbles features five French favourites:
Do you love cheese? Well, I mean, do you breathe air? These parmesan cheese puffs are a cheese addict’s fantasy come to life. The serving size does say four, but there’s no judgement if you eat them all. You do you.
Les Bubbles is already known for succulent cuts of meat. These steak skewers are the perfect size to hold in one hand while you sip your Cheeky French Maid cocktail with the other. After all, this location was once famous for its multitasking.
These fries should be a food group all their own. They are perfection, with their crispy edges and soft potato-y insides. Sprinkled with pieces of parmesan cheese and paired with a Café de Paris sauce. I think I’m going to give living on potato a proper shot this time.
Share this whole-baked Graindorge Camembert with your pals and dip pieces of crispy bread into the camembert and onion confit. Are you salivating yet? We are. This treat is one you will want both hands on deck for.
It’s time for a meat and greet with this French feast. The charcuterie board displays an array of mouth-watering cuts of meat, including saucisson sec, serrano ham and sopressa salami. Each is an easy bite-sized amount, so you have plenty of room to try them all!
Everything sounds seriously drool-worthy. Don’t forget to bring a towel when you give this amazing new menu a try!
