EASTER ICE-CREAM SANDWICH
6 Bakers Delight Choc Chip Buns
1 litre vanilla ice-cream
3 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
Salted caramel desert sauce (for drizzling)
Slice buns in half (lengthways)
Place on a sandwich press for 30 seconds to warm both sides of buns
Smear chocolate hazelnut spread over bottom half of buns
Place one scoop of ice-cream onto each bun
Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with crushed peanuts
Cover with top half of buns
Cut and serve immediately
