Tucked away in Brisbane’s most stylish precinct, Brisbane’s favourite gelato giant, opened its highly anticipated second store last Thursday and we are getting serious Palm Springs vibes. Located on James Street in Fortitude Valley, Gelato Messina is the perfect place to satisfy your late night sweet cravings.
With gorgeous rigid cabinetry and stunning polished tiles, neon signage and cute peg boards, the chain has certainly upped their game to fit their trendy surroundings. Bench seating lies front and centre surrounding some glorious greenery for those dining in. The store also boasts a projector to show off footage of their sweet treats and pops of their signature colour orange and blue add some serious fun to the walls and décor. With a concrete exterior this place is certainly Insta-worthy, inside and out.

But that’s not all. Brisbane’s favourite gelato joint comes with state-of-the-art housing for their famous desserts. The store will display their delicious gelato in glass pozzetti cabinets that protect their products from heat and moisture, becoming only the second store in the country with this modern feature behind Braddon in Canberra.
The store will carry all 40 of their signature gelato and sorbet flavours and a selection of specialty flavours, as well as shakes and their new gelato cakes. All gelato is made with their Messina Jersey milk, direct from their farm in Victoria and churned fresh in store.
Open now for your eating pleasure.
