Putter Up

Holey Moley Putt Putt

Putt Putt, pints and a good time, who could pass that up? Just NO Happy Gilmore’s! There is a putt putt bar coming to the Valley this month and we CAN’T wait, it’s like an ultimate kidult activity centre. From the people behind Strike Bowling, Holey Moley is a themed indoor putt putt golf course with complete bar offerings, including an extensive cocktail list! Read more about this venue, here.

Albion provisions is coming


The sweet treat masterminds behind Jocelyn’s Provisions have announced a new secondary store is on the horizon in Albion, called Albion Provisions. The store is set to open in October with similar offerings to the James Street location, with cooking classes and new items to be added to the menu. Stay tuned!

Australia’s FIRST gnoccheria

Yes, a gnoccheria is a real thing and you haven’t lived until you’ve eaten at one. Thankfully, Australia’s first has just opened in Paddington so your life isn’t over! Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers offers fresh, handmade Italian gnocchi with a selection of delicious artisan made sauces, changed to suit the seasons and the produce available.

Red Velvet Dreamin’

Dandelion and Driftwood’s new red velvet hot chocolates
We love red velvet cake, cupcakes and pancakes, but we’ve really fallen in love with Dandelion and Driftwood’s new red velvet hot chocolates. Yum! They are always offering creative takes on the classics and all of their drinks come with tasting cards so you can learn more about the beverage.

 

The Priory Has Opened!

From the founders of New Farm’s Pablo Café comes Priory Café & Restaurant. It’s now open in Woolloongabba’s Trafalgar Lane Precinct serving delicious seasonal and quirky dishes with a focus on local produce.

Treat yo’ self

Why not make it a guilt-free treat at Reading Newmarket’s newest superfood café, Kokobana Café. The café offers acai bowls and clean treats plus raw juices and smoothies. However, in a few weeks time their menu will include healthy burgers and pizzas, as well as all-day brekky!

Beer InCider | Friday and Saturday, September 16 and 17

If you loved craft beer and/or craft cider, you’ll love this event! The two-day celebration works with independently owned breweries and cider producers to highlight the best of local produce. The event also hosts live music and great grub. Find out more info now.


Bite.Sip.Stroll | Saturday, September 17

After Bite Sip Stroll launched in June as the first-of-its-kind progressive food and wine event, it now returns in September. Food-lovers will be treated to a curated selection of dishes designed by the head chefs of renowned Brisbane restaurants Esquire, Restaurant Two, Saké and Urbane as they stroll along Brisbane’s riverfront boardwalk.
