Emporium Hotel South Bank has struck gold with Signature restaurant on level one, above the grandiose hotel reception. Be whisked away to a private and intimate dining area, framed by ‘The Library’, a collection of over 6,000 bottles of some of the world’s best wines. The restaurant plays perfectly to its name with nothing like it in Brisbane.
