September is a wonderful month; don’t you think? The sun is shining (and warmer than before), and the days begin to lengthen as we bid farewell to those 5pm sunsets that came with Winter. There’s a certain sense of cheer in the air, as we fill our weekends with after work drinks and Sunday sessions, to soak up the most of that beautiful September sunshine.

This September is going to be particularly sweet, Brisbane, as we welcome a newcomer to our already-impressive bar scene.

From the team behind the award winning Mr Edwards Alehouse, comes Cribb Street Social, taking up residence on the roadway in Milton that inspired its name. Set to open mid-September, expect Cribb Street Social to be your new go-to for a cheeky late lunch or Sunday session. Featuring a huge al fresco garden, a grassy area perfect for picnic rugs, amidst beautifully-styled décor, it’s the type of trendy, warm and inviting space you’re looking for when you clock off and need some social time.

Now for the good stuff, the bar will feature an impressive lineup of 10 craft beers and four artesan cocktails on tap, plus a sizeable list of wines, gins and whisky.

Pair your beverage of choice back with a scrumptious selection of European-style meals designed for sharing, or (here’s the best part) a pick-your-own-Charcuterie-board. Build your perfect board from a selection of meats, cheeses, antipasto and more. Drool!

Trading Monday to Friday for breakfast, lunch and dinner; Saturday for brunch and dinner; and for brunch and afternoon social sessions on Sunday.
