You Can Now Track Your Favourite Food Truck Around Brissie!

Follow that truck!

It’s time to undo the top button on your jeans. You can now officially follow - *cough* stalk *cough* - your favourite food trucks around Brissie! Brisbane City Council has launched a new website (Brisbane Food Trucks) that locates them for you, tells you how to get there and what each truck serves. So basically food trucks are taking over and I personally have no problem with that.

Want to dig in immediately? All you have to do is click on their “Serving Now” tab and it will show you which food trucks are currently on the go and how long they’ll be around for. There’s nothing worse than planning to go and turning up to nothing, am I right?! If you want to plan ahead, just click on the “Later” tab to see what’s popping up near you.

There’s a huge range of cuisines on offer, serving up a range of delicious food for you to tuck in to. Here’s what you can look forward to:

Char Baby BBQ

BBQ food truck is a good food truck. Corn dogs, pork croquettes and beef brisket are mouth-watering deliciousness.

How We Rolls

You can look forward to toasty brioche rolls, open plates, chips and more.

Juan More Taco

If you’re feeling tacos, try their range of meat, vegetarian and vegan options on offer.

King of the Wings

If wings make your mouth water, you can’t go past their Southern Style or Bee Sting flavours. Check out their menu for variations.

Koma Sliders

Korean has never tasted so good! Dig into their burgers for a flavour hit.

Kraut N’ About

Take a cultural journey to Bavaria in southern Germany through this food truck! Schnitzels, currywurst and brezen are just a few of the meals you can expect.

Little Back

There’s nothing better than slow-cooked meats. Sink your teeth into this ever-changing menu of meat to love.

Mangia Mangia Italian

If you’ve got a soft spot for Italian food, you won’t be able to go past their lasagne and gnocchi dishes. Don’t leave without trying their Nutella panzerotti!

For a mix of American and Mexican street food in one, track down Micasa! Loaded fries and nachos sound way too good.

Mr America

For the ultimate American food experience without leaving Brissie, try Mr America! Corn dogs, burgers and fries in various ways are part of their menu.

You can expect different meat dishes from Pirates Plate. Try their cannonballs for amazing meatballs or even try their German sausages.

Wood-fire pizzas are a godsend, there’s no doubt about it. Rolling Stone Pizza has vegetarian and gluten-free options, too. Try their carnivore, cheesy garlic and Mediterranean pizzas! Yum.

That BBQ Joint

Take a culinary journey to the Deep South of America for a smoky BBQ feast. Expect ribs, wings and sliders.
