Introducing Brisbane’s most secretive bar – ÔÔ. Now how do you say that? Well like the bar itself – its completely mysterious… We are tossing up between ‘oh’, ‘oo’ or ‘o-o’ but you can be the judge! Okay so let’s get down to the nitty gritty details, starting with the location.

The newly opened Japanese restaurant Honto, sibling restaurant to LONgTIME, is home to the one and only, ÔÔ. Owners Tyron Simon and Frank Li have created a family of matryoshka dolls with this impressive trio of food and alcohol. It’s like the gift that keeps on giving and we’re ALL about it. Located in Fortitude Valley on Alden Street, you will find a hidden alleyway leading to the entrance of ÔÔ.

So while your waiting for your table at Honto, why not sink down a few bevvies? With a range of choices as big as the Atlantic Ocean, you are sure to find something that quenches your thirst. There are more than 100 bottles of wine to choose from, whiskies, sake, craft beers, liquors, liqueurs and lets not forget the epic cocktails!

Sip on a ‘Deadly Viper Assassination Squad’ made with Archie Rose Vodka, Umeshu, watermelon and lemon juice. Or better yet, take your tastebuds on a quick trip to Mexico with the ‘Bud’s Margarita’ made with Herradura Silver Tequila, shiso, limejuice, matcha and volcanic black salt. (Yeah…we told you it was epic!)
