One of our favourite dessert restaurants, Cowch, is now opening its doors for breakfast 7am-11am daily, with brunch available 10am-2pm Saturday and Sunday.
The dessert restaurant isn’t straying too far from the super sweet herd though - you won’t be seeing eggs benny or avo on toast gracing the menu. They’re dishing up an array of sweet treats, from the decadent Canadienne Breakfast Waffle Bowl, served with bacon ice cream and maple syrup, to the Breakfast pizza, with toppings like Nutella, banana, crispy pearls, salted caramel sauce and seasonal fruit.
If you’re a little more waist-conscious, you’ll find stuff on the healthier end of the sweet including Acai Bowls, Bircher Muesli, Fruit Salad, and Fresh Yoghurt.
Their Champagne Breakfast is sure to impress, with the Bubbly Brunch available for $25 with your choice of Canadienne Breakfast waffle bowl or Breafast Churros served with a glass of Primo Secco and a cup of Paul Bassett coffee.
Or, if you round up a group of 5 or more, go for the Veuve Brunch at $65 per person. But if you’re udderly shocked at alcohol before midday, opt for one of their deliciously healthy Breakfast smoothies with granola, honey, banana and milk or an Amazon Power Acai smoothie blended up with apple juice and banana.
