This summer we are saying ciao e benvenuto to Bar Spritz, the slick Kangaroo Point newcomer reinventing Brisbane’s aperitivo hour!

Situated atop Kangaroo Point (the spot Cliffs Café used to occupy) with picturesque panoramic views of Brisbane City and the river, Bar Spritz is the latest spot in Brisbane to bend the elbow and enjoy a wide range of tipples and tapas. The menu boasts the likes of ice cold Aperol spritz, a range of classic cocktails, and more types of spritz than you can possibly drink in one afternoon (not that we won’t give it a try…)

Whether it’s a hugo spritz with elderflower and prosecco, the kir royal with crème de cassis and prosecco, or a classic negroni, there are so many ways to quench your thirst as you take in undisturbed, breathtaking views of our stellar river city.

But more than just a killer spritz and cocktail menu, Bar Spritz will also have a line up of live DJ’s on rotation every Sunday, a mouth-watering Italian antipasti menu and the Pizzantica kombi truck, perfect for an easy afternoon feed.

If this sounds like your idea of Sunday bliss, head to the top of the cliffs every Sunday this month for Sunset Aperitivo and summer ready vibes.

Keep an eye out for info about the Australia Day party! We’ve heard whispers of pizza, gelato, açai, Peroni buckets, live tunes and free-flowing spritz… Australia Day with an Italian twist!
