Straight-laced and lovely. Black-laced crop $59, white skort $59.

Weather it's cropped, long-sleeved or layered; lace is a big trend for Autumn/Winter 2014. Wear it sheer with a bralet underneath, and pair with jeans, shorts or even leather; this is a look that can be worn at a casual barbeque right through t0 a more formal affair requiring black-tie attire.

Heartin' tartan. Long-sleeved white top $55, tartan skirt $69.

This highland-inspired trend is back is back and bigger than ever, in a variety of styles, colours and fabrics.  Look plaid-perfect by pairing it with winter-whites for a feminine feel, or take your cue from the 90s by wearing it with biker jackets, leather boots and band t-shirts for grungy appeal.

A girl wearing a white long-sleeved top and black skirt

Textural healing. Black skort $59, cream rose knit $69.

Keep it feminine and flirty by playing with different textures and girly knits and floral details. This knit would look just as good with denim, suede or velvet and some flat leather boots.  Top off it off with fun accessories like these daisy earrings and your look is complete.
