Knives and forks at the ready, because Regional Flavours is making its tantalising return to South Bank Parklands for 2022! With the nation’s favourite foodies and chefs firing up the kitchen for the weekend-long festival, ‘delicious’ is an understatement.

Championing the best of the best in local and Australian producers and foodies over 13-15 May, this year’s theme is ‘The Ultimate Grazing Table’ and there’s certainly plenty to peck on.

Chefs behind big name restaurants like Otto, Paper Daisy, Stanley,  Agnes, Golden Pig, Rosmarino, and newcomer Essa will take to the stage along with MasterChef alum Georgia Barnes, Khanh Ong, Courtney Roulston, and celebrity chefs Miguel Maestre, Peter Kuruvita, and Alastair McLeod to show off their skills and spill their secrets in live demonstrations and masterclasses.

Hunger is also practically an impossibility, with a selection of farmers, graziers, growers, winemakers, brewers, distillers, and artisan producers from around Australia showcasing their wares across the thrilling mix of market stalls. Meanwhile, immersive experiences will be presented across the three stages, such as wine and cheese pairings, a Gin Lovers experience, and farm to fork sustainability.

From native cooking demonstrations with bush tucker pioneer and award-winning slow food chef, Dale Chapman, to activities for the little ones to get them started on their sustainable food journey, the foodie paradise truly has something for all palates and tastes.
