FRANKiE4 Footwear’s Latest Collab Has Us Obsessed!

Meet the new kicks on the block

By Bethan Warrior | 18th July 2019

Founded nearly a decade ago, FRANKiE4 Footwear has established itself as one of our most beloved Brisbane brands, known for providing women with a healthier option for fashion footwear. They’ve been around the block, expanding across the country (and the globe!) and are constantly developing their styles to bring out the best of orthopaedic shoes. With a vibrant and dedicated customer base, the brand has become synonymous with all things fashionable and comfortable. In collaboration with Lisa Messenger, the founder of The Collective Hub and all-round girl boss, FRANKiE4 brings you their new sneaker that not only is incredibly colourful and stylish, but also has some serious support technology and a GIRL POWER attitude. Enter the LiSA M sneaker!

These guys not only look super cute with their red bottom soles and stitched “Yeah Girl” catchphrase, but are also designed to keep your feet happy while you stroll around town. Speaking as a die-hard FRANKiE4 believer myself, and after giving these beauties a try, it’s safe to say I won’t be going back to those $10 Kmart sneakers ever again! No shade to Kmart, I’ll always love hoarding the candles and buying one of every notebook.

If you’re like me, getting sore feet just became a sad fact of life. I stopped expecting my shoes to be comfy, and I was completely oblivious to the damage poorly made shoes were doing to my body. After working on my feet for (or should I say ‘4’?) years and coming home after shifts in tears of agony, as well as paying for regular reflexology treatments, I consulted a podiatrist. Now, all the footwear brands she recommended to me were quite frankly, ugly. Exactly what you’d expect when you imagine orthopaedic shoes. Chunky and daggy, definitely not something I’d ever want to wear. And the price of getting custom-made insoles nearly flung me off my chair. So, needless to say, it was a bit of a dead-end and I was still no closer to solving my foot problems. A little while later I discovered FRANKiE4 Footwear, and I’ve been adding them to my cart ever since! A combination of on-trend style and orthopaedic designs, they were exactly what I was looking for. My feet have never felt better when I’m running around all day.

Now don’t feel like you have to take my word on how fab these sneaks are. On their sneakers alone, FRANKiE4 has received over 3,770 5-star reviews from verified buyers! As the brain-child of a physiotherapist and podiatrists, every shoe is designed with the science of body mechanics in mind. Our bodies weren’t made to walk on hard, flat surfaces which is why suffering from arch and heel pain is so common. The LiSA Ms are the new addition to my growing F4F collection. They’re designed with a Dual Density PU Sole, which means your foot gets two layers of support. A soft layer for cushioning, and a harder layer for durability, all hidden away in this chic design - no clunky-granny shoes here! The sneakers also come with FRANKiE4’s patented custom fit pack, which gives you an extra selection of foot beds and foot cushions to mould your sneakers to the perfect fit for you. Oh, and you get two sets of laces with each pair, winner!
