Forever 21 has opened its first Australian flagship store in Brisbane (yes! Finally we are getting a global fashion store first!).

The popular international fast-fashion retailer is situated under Brisbane’s new NEXT Hotel on 66 Queen Street in the Queen St Mall.

Founder and Global CEO, Don Chang has especially made the trip down under to officially open Forever 21’s first Australian store at 10am October 16. To kick off the celebrations, free watches will be handed out to the first  200 customers through the doors.

Accompanying Don, Lisa from the Bachelor and Cody Simpson’s sister pop sensation, Ali Simpson will bring some star power to the extravagant launch, mingling with customers as they browse through the giant 1,900 square metre megastore throughout the day.

The flagship store aims to bring affordable, on-trend LA fashion directly into the Australian fashion market, stocking a variety of women’s, men’s, kids and plus size clothing.

The retail giant established in 1984 and has since become a major player in global fashion with over 600 stores worldwide. Famous international celebs such as Emma Stone, Selena Gomez and Elle Fanning are consistently donning stylish threads from Forever 21.

Follow the hashtag #Forever21AU and Forever 21’s Facebook page to keep up with all the fashion festivities!
