Hot on the heels of the unveiling of its new flagship concept in Sydney, General Pants Co. are set to bring the same super cool concept to Brisbane.

Setting up shop at 179 Elizabeth Street (that’s the former Brisbane Irish Club, for those playing at home), the heritage listed building will become home to a multi-level General Pants Co. store and boutique theatre.

The new General Pants Co. flagship store will not only offer its curated collection of fashion, denim, footwear and accessories, it will encompass elements of music, art and pop culture that deliver the complete General Pants ‘lifestyle’ experience.

Along with being one of the city’s best new shopping destinations, General Pants Co. Elizabeth St will be the ultimate hang out, offering free WIFI and 90s arcade games.

But the good times don’t stop there.

The flagship General Pants Co. store will feature its very own record store created in partnership with Universal Music, an online shopping hub with access to even more brands, digital t-shirt printing by The T-Shirt Mill, and a novelty gift room.

TBH, it sounds like the kind of store that only General Pants Co. could pull off.

Levelling up the retailer’s new home even further, the in-store fashion offering at General Pants Co. Elizabeth St will also introduce a shop-in-shop concept for major brands including Ksubi and Storeroom Vintage. The Ksubi concept will be the only Queensland stockist of the highly anticipated Travis Scott collection.

It’s all locked in to open on Thursday 19th October with a launch party planned for its first night, with food and drinks, good tunes (spun by Young Franco & Luke Million no less) and fun giveaways, the event is open to the public so round up your gang.

Special guests include Laura Dundovic, Erin Holland, Brooke Evers, Matt Stafford, Sam & Rachel Thaiday, Skye Wheatley.

While the interior details are still under wraps, if the images from the Sydney concept are anything to go by, it’s sure to be a killer fit out.
