There are plenty of things to do this weekend in Brisbane. Make the most of the lingering summer sun with delicious food, standout fashion, adorable pets, squad goals and the first instalment of your Easter choccie fix!

Marie Claire Up Late | Thursday, March 30

From 6-8pm, fashion-lovers will flock to James Street for a deluxe fashion experience. Festivities will kick off with Marie Claire Editor Nicky Briger, followed by entertainment, special designer appearances and the opportunity to shop exclusive sales at the precinct’s retailers.

Get in early, as Marie Claire will be giving away 1000 fun-filled gift bags. Don’t want the night to end? James St, restaurants and bars, will be pumping with lively after-parties and event-themed cocktails.

Brisbane’s Biggest Wedding Expo | Friday, March 31-Sunday, April 2

This weekend, Brisbane’s Biggest Wedding Expo will take place at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. Daily fashion parades, magazine packs and prizes to be won – it’s the perfect weekend. Overwhelmed? A variety of wedding experts will be on-site, ready to talk through your ideas and help you plan your dream wedding.

Hot Dub Wine Machine | Saturday, April 1

Kick off April with a trip to Somerset Valley for one of the biggest events on the music festival calendar and a range of Ocean View Estate wines and frosé.

From 1-11pm, DJ Hot Dub Time Machine (HDTM) will take you on a journey through time with some of the biggest tunes throughout the decades. The line-up also features sets from PNAU, Hayden James and Young Franco, just to name a few. Tickets are set to sell out, so get in quick!

By the River with Jazz and Food Trucks | Saturday, April 1

From 4-8pm, The World Food Markets is bringing you a variety of food trucks to choose from, as well as drinks crafted to perfection by Newstead Brewing Co. Kick back by the Brisbane River with mouth-watering snacks and the sweet sounds of jazz by JMI (Jazz Music Institute).
