Is there anything better than soaking in a riverfront location with a drink in your hand? We certainly don’t think so, and neither do Customs House. Their new pop-up bar is granting us the chance to do exactly that, with a partnership with the zesty new sensation, ‘Chandon S’ – the sparkling wine and hand-blended orange bitters combo. This summer, Customs House are introducing their very own Chandon Sundays, meaning our afternoon Sunday sesh is about to pick up its A-game.
The Chandon S Sunset Cabana at Customs House will be open through the week from Thursdays to Saturdays from 4pm onwards, and Sundays from 12pm-4pm. ‘S is for Sundays’ is a weekly Sunday brunch, that runs from 9:30pm to 3pm, from February 10.
This event will turn Customs House’s signature restaurant into a sophisticated brunch location, with a four-course menu only setting us back $50 including spanner crab omelettes, buttermilk pancakes, and Korean fried chicken. To spice up your Sunday even more, you can add the two-hour unlimited Chandon package that offers not only free-flowing Chandon S, but also Chandon Sparkling Brut Rosè, Chandon Bellinis, and Belvedere Bloody Marys. Alternatively, you can choose a bottomless Chandon package alongside individual items on Patina’s pre-existing brunch menu.
If you already have your Sunday plans sorted, or if you’re on the hunt for a new after-work wind down spot, the Chandon S Sunset Cabana is also the perfect riverside location for sunset drinks and stylish evenings through the week. The aesthetics of the pop-up will make guests feel like they’re enjoying a drink in a Mediterranean beach club, with cabanas and white sails against plenty of greenery transporting everyone to a coastal oasis.
Alongside the citric-spiced Chandon S served on ice with a twist of orange, the pop-up bar will also include the best of Chandon’s range and a cocktail list packed with flavours perfectly suited to warm evenings, and small bites that are bursting with fresh flavours for late-afternoon summer snacking.
The Chandon S Sunset Cabana will launch at Customs House this Saturday, Feb 9!
