Brisbane’s signature free food and wine festival is returning this July for its eleventh epic year! Known for tantalising tastebuds year after year amongst Queensland’s capital city, Regional Flavours, presented by The Courier-Mail, is showcasing the Sunshine State’s best local producers for you to enjoy.
Brisbane’s cultural precinct, South Bank Parklands, will be transforming into a hub of street stalls – humming with market goers, each eager to take a bite of Queensland’s top tastes across Saturday, July 20 to Sunday, July 21.
With regionally grown food on the menu delivered straight to our city’s doorstep, expect everything from market produce stalls, beer and wine tastings, live entertainment, celebrity appearances, live cooking demonstrations and more. The Main Stage line up will shine a light on some of the nation’s best celebrity chefs such as MasterChef Australia Judges Matt Preston, George Calombaris and Gary Mehigan, Miguel Maestre from The Living Room on 10 and Brisbane plant-based babe Ellie Bullen (also known as Elsa’s Wholesome Life) as well as many other foodie figures.
With various stages and lawns hosting everything from street stalls to a Kids Collective, teaching the youngsters a new way to think about food, every inch of South Bank will be dripping with cultural family fun from 10am to 5pm.

Due to demand, Regional Flavours have even extended their open hours for the Hunting Club to 5pm–10pm on Friday, July 19, and at River Quay from 10am–10pm over the weekend. With free entry across the weekend, you’re invited to unwind and enjoy South Bank’s sunny lawns, magnificent water and city views while indulging on some of our region’s best quality food, beer and wine.
