An Exercise Event Is Coming Up And It Involves Prosecco!

An Exercise Event Is Coming Up And It Involves Prosecco!

Now this is an exercise we can get around!

By Melissa Myrteza | 21st March 2019

Woolloongabba is our Southside suburban retreat filled with hidden foodie havens, so we’re thrilled to hear that one of the local restaurants is making sure we get our monthly fix of prosecco! Ristorante La Famiglia is the best of Italian cuisine, direct from the seaside town of Molfetta, Italy. While we love our al dente pasta, balance is key, which is why they are hosting a morning of Pilates. On Sunday, March 31, you’ll be led through various workouts by a Pilates instructor, getting your daily dose of exercise. We couldn’t think of a better way to spend the last day of March…. Getting a little tipsy! The autumn chill will hopefully have set in by then, allowing for your favourite Lulu Lemon set to make a reappearance.

Yoga has taken over the fitness scene lately and while we appreciate a little downward dog every now and then, the art of mat Pilates needs to be brought back we say! All you need to do is bring your favourite workout mat, water bottle and can-do attitude. Your $25 ticket will include a mat Pilates class, followed by Prosecco and brunch afterwards. There’s nothing worse than eating something unhealthy after a morning sweat sesh, so rest assured, the brunch is set to be healthy and delicious! The prosecco doesn’t count, of course. Round up your fitness and prosecco besties because this is an event you don’t want to miss. Bookings are essential so make sure you contact Ristorante La Famiglia via to secure your spot.

Event details:
When: Sunday, March 31, 2019 9am-11am
Where: Ristorante La Famiglia, Woolloongabba
Tickets: $25
