Sofitel Brisbane’s luncheon is set to impress with a gourmet seafood buffet that will take place in Thyme2 Restaurant. The Luncheon will also feature a dessert buffet from the hotel’s own patisserie, hot and cold savoury dishes and market fresh seafood. If your idea of a good Melbourne Cup Day involves a tipple or two, you also have the option to upgrade to a full beverage package. Treasury Brisbane has you sorted this Melbourne Cup, with three events on offer. First up is the Melbourne Cup at The Kitty event, which runs from 12pm-3pm on cup day and includes a Moët & Chandon package, all the food you could want in the form of canapés, antipasto and cheese platters and a dessert buffet. The event will also have live entertainment, sweepstakes & lucky door prizes, all of this coming to $125 per person. The second Treasury Brisbane events is a High Tea in the Treasury Hotel.
