Give your excuses the boot and get your activewear off the couch – Brisbane’s much-loved and free outdoor fitness series is back!
The Medibank Feel Good Program is returning to South Bank Parklands and Brisbane City from 4 October to 4 December with a workout schedule that will have even the most gym adverse happily working up a sweat. Whether you’re a city slicker looking to stretch out the office aches or a mum who wants to lift something other than the baby, there’s a class for everyone across the nine-week series.
Old favourites are back to shape you up, including Aqua Aerobics, Ballroom & Bollywood Dancing, Bootcamp, Mums & Bubs, Latin Fitness, Tai Chi, Pilates, Yoga and Zumba. You can also find your Zen in a new addition, Meditate & Stretch at South Bank. All the classes are run by qualified trainers from Goodlife Health Clubs or certified dance and yoga instructors, so beginners and fitness pros are all welcome. And with 16 free workouts on offer every week all day long, what was that about not having time?
