Order Up! Dine BNE City Is Back And Bigger Than Ever

Dig into the details

Dishes and deals are the best kind of pairing, but when you chuck in the irresistibly tasty restaurants and bars that line the streets of our darling Brisbane City, well that’s just a match made in heaven.

Back for another year of fork-action, Dine BNE City is bringing you not just two, but four weeks of over 100 exclusive offers and dining experiences across a mouth-watering list of venues, who’ll each be plating up delicious deals, menus, and events to suit every taste, time, and budget.

From 1 - 29 May, taste and toast the town with dining experiences from $25 lunches to Wine Walks, Whiskey Nights, and 10-course degustations (loose fitting pants are highly recommended) from our city’s best and most loved venues including Walter’s Steakhouse, Rico’s Bar & Dining, City Winery, Saké, and COPPA Spuntino, plus a slew of new additions like Rothwell’s Bar & Grill, Banc Brasserie, Leonard’s Bar & Bistro, Toscano, and the newly opened Suzette at Sofitel. Woah mumma, we be feastin’!

Feeling hungry already? Here are our top picks to chomp on:

Let’s Do Lunch

Ditch the meal prep and brighten your 9-5 with some swanky weekday lunching. With $25 and $35 meal offers at a host of restaurants and bars, put the ‘cheers’ back into your lunch hour.

Dig into gnocchi and ravioli with a crisp glass of wine for $25 at Alchemy, or for a heartier meal, dig into a tender 12-hour South Burnett pork belly and your choice of Atè Pinot Grigio or Cab Sav at Patina Customs House for $35.

Supper Club

Bust out your fanciest frock for a boujee dinner date over a seasonal degustation, where you and yours can feast on a selection of curated dishes fit for every palate.

Take your tastebuds on a trip to China with Donna Chang’s Petit Banquet that involves five courses and a drink for just $65pp, or try Madame Wu’s special 12-course banquet feast featuring dishes including stir-fried Moreton Bay squid, XO sauce, and sorrel and tea spiced Barrowdale pork collar with green apple chilli jam for $95pp. For a two-course meal that’d have Bond drooling, take a seat at The Ovolo Incholm for their Martini Dinner, or if you’re more into sweet tipples, The Gresham and Walter’s five-course Express Degustation served with a Brandy Alexander for $100pp will have you sleeping sound.

Bar Safari

Brisbanites know their way around a drinks menu, and this self-guided trail is the easiest way to experience them all. Sip and snack your way around the best watering holes all offering up signature food and thirst-quenching pairings.

At Rothwell’s, enjoy the high life with six freshly shucked oysters and a glass of Perrier-Jouet Champagne for $45pp, then make your way over to The Charles for a tower charcuterie selection and glass of wine for $69 for two. For a more laid back experience, Santa Monica is offering any share plate on the menu served with your choice of cocktail for $30, while The Boom Boom Room is dishing out a tapas and cocktail deal for $35 per person. Walter’s is putting on a good show with their Fancy Frites and Fizz! deal where Moreton Bay bug, duck frites, and more can be inhaled for $38, but why stop there? Add a glass of Taittinger Champagne to your order to sweeten the deal to $55. If you’re keen to sip and marvel at a view, W Brisbane’s WET Deck has a Sea and Sparkle package including four lobster tacos and two glasses of plonk for $60.

But the program doesn’t stop there, kids.

This year, a series of ticketed experiences are being served, like the Urban Cocktail Crawl and the annual Sea To The City festival. Biiiig yes. But full disclosure: we’re most excited about the Pasta Mama X COPPA Spuntino collaboration for Brisbane’s first ever Pasta Club. You won’t regretti the spaghetti!

Yep, there truly is a smorgasbord of hungrily delish deals to choose from! Check out all the dining deals here, and book the best seat in the house this May.
