PSA: The Brisbane Night Noodle Markets Are Back With Drool-Worthy Street Eats
Send noods
Everyone knows the winter months are made for slurping noodles, munching on steaming dumplings, and popping a melt-in-your-mouth bao in your gob, so we have major news that will have foodies around the city and beyond holding their chopsticks tight. Brisbane Night Noodle Markets are back, baby!
After a three-year hiatus, your favourite Asian street food festival is back and better than ever, taking over Brisbane’s City Botanic Gardens in 2022. Returning for 12 nights from Wednesday 15 June to Sunday 26 June, follow the scent of spices and rich flavours to the beautiful riverside park, where live entertainment and hawker-style stalls await.
The usual suspects will be popping up to sling an array of sizzling, sweet and spicy meals and morsels, including crowd-favourites Hoy Pinoy, Flying Noodies, May’s Malaysian Hawker, Wonder Bao, Gelato Messina, and Twistto. Every dietary requirement under the sun will also be catered for amongst the delicious mix of local, national, and interstate eateries.
Thirsts will be quenched with the pop-up Gage Roads Beer Garden, an Aperol Spritz Kombi Bar, and Dan Murphy’s Zero% Bar which will be shaking fresh non-alcoholic cocktails. This year, market-goers can also skip the lines thanks to Mr Yum by scanning a QR code to view, order and pay for items from different vendors on your phone, with an SMS sent when your order is fresh out the kitchen. Less time queuing and more time eating? Yes please!
